One of the first parts of my journey into bioinformatics with R was analyzing RNASeq and microarray data. One of the first things I needed to do is Principal Component Analysis (PCA) on all samples and all genes from an already-aligned RNASeq experiment, so I decided to put together a function that would analyze and visualize the data for me, regardless of how many samples are in the experiment.
